These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Drivus.pk and our car rental services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation. Please make sure the details you provide at the time of booking are accurate and complete.
Payments
Rental charges must be paid as agreed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra services, late returns, or damage to the vehicle.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the booking and are communicated at the time of reservation. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking.
Use of the Vehicle
The renter is responsible for using the vehicle safely and lawfully and for returning it in the same condition as at the start of the rental.
